If you are a military member and you have a TDY or are doing training where you can’t call during business hours or retrieve the information they are asking for, wait to start the process or use a different company. I left multiple voice mails, txt the receptionist, and sent an email explaining my circumstances and only received a letter and email explaining they dropped my loan application. Once I returned home I used a different company and my home was refinanced within the next month.
