Mariana was really great at handling my claim. She and the entire staff were extremely nice and professional. They made the whole process so smooth and seamless. A great team here in town.
My mother had a policy through American Fidelity from an employer many years ago that had stopped being paid for prior to me ever knowing anything about it. That's not the problem. The problem is when I have tried to obtain information in the past while my mother was living and I had POA for things, it was not an easy task to even obtain information about the policy.
