Super frustrating that I have had 2 bad experiences with them, obviously due to poor employee training or incompetence, both are plausible. I will not be continuing with them during the next open enrollment period.
Because it made me, i am giving American Fidelity a one star, but fidelity short term disability deserves a big fat 0. I am canceling all the policies I have through my employment. After what my Husband has gone through, we are becoming so behind, thanks to Fidelity. This is the worst company. One payment and he did everything he was supposed to. He calls in all the time because we haven't received anymore payments, but never receives a call back. You guys are all making your money, so big deal right. Who cares if you leave ... read more
