Unprofessional company, spoke with the district manager and the state manager. Weren't paying attention to the conversation at all. He asked me how I do something. When I explained it to him. He said, how do I do that.. And I'm like.. I just explained it to you..
My experience sounds exactly like others who have posted. I purchased a disability insurance rider, and unfortunately had to utilize it this year. My claim was filed in April 2024, and everything on my end was finished. It is now mid-July 2024, and my claim is still 'pending' and has been 'pending' for three months now. None of the American Fidelity customer services reps have the correct information, my claim has been “under review” for weeks and every time I call I get different information. This is the worst service and waist of money. Get your insurance elsewhere!!!
Would give zero if I could. It takes them at least a week to process a claim. Aflac can get it done in 24 hours. Worst company!!
I have a FSA and this is the most difficult company I have ever dealt with.
