So I supposedly go to the where this company is located and they don't have a door. How can an insurance producer try to find a job working for a company if they don't have a door and they don't have a number that works what's going on?

phone tree is confusing.. seems like they would want to make it simple.. if you want customer service press 1.. However that is not the case.. it's extremely confusing.. also when you do finally get ahold of someone instead of asking you for your card # they ask you for your name social and birthdate? just ask for the card # and name.. simple
