This company is one of the worst insurance companies! I had surgery last month and sent all the necessary documents. It took them almost a month to review only to denied my claim! They just want to collect money from you but you can’t count in them when you needed them the most!
Extremely difficult to get any help. Constantly screwing up account. Can never get a supervisor. Almost impossible to use your funds.
