Called them and a guy came over (Rich) and checked out the fence that needed replacement. Said they could do the job and would email me a formal estimate in the next day or two. Nothing after 10 days so I called and he said he'd get it to me that night. Nothing. Called one more time a couple days later and still got nothing. If they can't do the job or don't want the business, that's fine, but don't string me along. These people wasted a lot of my time when I could have been getting someone else to replace my fence.
Was very nice and friendly on the phone. Never showed up to give an estimate. Calledxand followed up did not return phone call
