I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We are still waiting for our fence to be installed that we were told would be done in April. They finally showed up last week to install posts but didn't follow the blueprint and dug holes partly on my neighbors property, said they'd be back this week to finish and we haven't even had a courtesy call to keep us updated. If you want a company that will fail to reach out and communicate every step of the way and miss their deadline for weeks straight this is the company for you. You lost out on a 18k garunteed pay in full job. We should have had a fence months ago but this company has failed at every opportunity given to do their job. Representative came out last week Friday, 5-16-25. What I’m wanting done is not a huge job but I’m sure it still isn’t cheap. I wouldn’t really know because he said I’d have a quote by Monday. Here we are, Thursday and still nothing. First impressions are everything. I will do the whole yard now, just not with this company, yes I will be that petty.
American Fence installed a chain link fence for me in 2007. That fence is still in excellent shape. Recently, the gate needed a minor repair. The company fixed the gate FREE OF CHARGE - shout out to Trevor. I had a good experience with this company 17 years ago and this week.
