Called weekly for one month trying to schedule a minor repair to fence this company installed. Person taking calls apologized that no one had called back. Finally received call and was told point blank we are “too busy with commercial accounts to do anything residential.” Emphasized it was their product to stand behind but that didn’t seem to matter.
