Your recent visit 1.you removed my new hydraulic Nice hinge model 16-2 see pic & replaced with one of your used hydraulic USED hinges Why??? 2. They also accidentally stood on & separated the plastic pipe that the gate needs for auto opening 3. They removed from out control box the back up battery & left it outside the control box see pic
