Jake Massing, and later on Kristyne Brust, helped me tremendously during my refinancing process. Jake was professional, transparent and clear in explaining the rates, fees and other costs. He also responded toy questions quickly. Kristyne, the loan processor, worked fast and also responded to emails quickly. With their help, we were able to close in about 2 weeks after I selected American Federal Mortgage. I would recommend getting a new mortgage or refinancing with them!

First time home buyer here and I must say this was easier than I thought it would be! Jake Massing and Nicole Krueger were both extremely helpful, informative and made my home purchase a smooth process from start to finish! Both were easily accessible which speaks volumes because a lot of this process was through the holidays. Great people and great company, I highly recommend!
