I recently purchased a 5th wheel from a different RV dealership ( RV Outlet,ringgold) and instantly found that the backup camera did not work. Not to my surprise the service department would not return my call. After contacting Forest River directly they said I should try another dealer to start my warranty claim. Daniel Aldridge (Salem location) stepped up and assisted me in my time of need. Would not recommend going there. I had a bad tire on a new camper and i got the run around for 2 months they said they did a claim and then they would say there was a check coming all lies no claim was ever filed the service department is absolutely worthless.
