Update:. We initially were supposed to be booked with Dr.Rivas but the MA told us she was booked and can book us with the other Dr. My daughter was scheduled for an appointment at a specific time. We arrived on time for the appointment for them to tell us someone is ahead of us and we have to wait 15- 60 minutes to be seen depending on the other patients needs. They pretty much doubled booked Dr.Rivas. This will be the second time this has happened. The first time we waited 1.5 hours, I was more understanding at that time. W... read more
I waited almost 2 hours for my appt. The doctor was great and explained my results in detail and addressed my needs.
