I had a appointment at 1030 and now it’s 1215 and still no freakin doctor this place is bull I’m changing doctors cause this place is no good.i think cause I don’t speak Spanish they seen every body else but me and I was here be fore all the other people smh I give this place no stars bad place for business……
I want to share my recent experience at this clinic. I understand that the front desk staff works behind a glass window, but in my opinion the front desk lady’s tone was unnecessarily loud. It felt too high for me, and I’m sure the older lady and her husband felt the same. I was there with my grandmother and saw her speaking to the elderly woman in a rude and dismissive way. I’m honestly surprised to read the negative comments. People nowadays can be impatient and easily irritated. I’ve been coming to this clinic to see Dr. Lopez for years, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. The staff is always kind and welcoming—they even know me by name now. They’re always willing to help, and it truly feels like a great local clinic where they genuinely care about their patients.
