Raised my insurance by $150 and then couldn’t give me a straight answer as to why. Said I would possibly be looking into new insurance due to this and then they cancelled my insurance out of no where. Been with them for 6 years always paid on time and never had an accident or a ticket and this is how they treat long standing customers.Ever since Bill has left and Martinez has taken over it seems like they have completely ruined what he had built.
