I gave Chalupa 20 years of my business for home, umbrella, five auto's. three motorcycles, boat and trailers. In 2018 I bought a new vehicle and asked him to transfer all existing coverage & discounts that had been in effect on my vehicles for years. Chalupa promised me he applied the discount, and I trusted him. However, one year later, at renewal this month of June 2019, I learned he lied, overcharged, and effectively stole in excess of $500.00 by not applying the minimum mileage discount.
