Absolutely the best service and knowledge I have found in the industry. I highly recommend Wade!! He is always available to take my calls and guide me in the complicated path of insurance.
Wade and Kellie have been very knowledgeable, professional and available whenever needed. If anyone is looking for an agent that can be reached at any time, either Wade or Kellie fits the bill. I would highly recommend them. The price for our multi-property policies were in line for about 5 years. However, this year we had to price others and change. It was a very difficult decision to leave them. I hope in the future we will be able to return to their agency that 'actually' does provide superior customer service.
