I believe I joined this agency in 2016. The owner had a great office staff for the first year, maybe. Then I saw the staff leave and the owner was all there was left. The phone always went to voicemail and messages took a day to days to be answered. Now, 2021, I’m still having the same issues. He has someone answering the phones, but my calls have still gone to voicemail and now even unanswered.
