Despite having a healthy distrust of insurance company’s - Tracy will take the time to listen and let me know the why behind the rules or policy . Whether it’s auto, homeowners, renters, or life / disability insurance - she makes sure I'm covered appropriately.

We had AAA for 30yrs. We absolutely loved our Agent as a person. But found the Claims adjuster viciously hostile when we filed our very 1st.claim . Even DMV said "the claim was handled wrong" and helped us straighten it out. Soo we switched to Tracy Baier's insurance. We found her to be very professional, and very focused on details.
