I wouldn't suggest American Family Insurance to my worst enemy. Their customer service is awful. I've called countless times to have them submit a certificate of compliance to the BMV due to an accident I had back in July. I have been unable to get a hold of anyone during regular business hours. Whenever I call it goes to voicemail and when I've left messages no one has called me back. Their corporate office hasn't been much help either.
