I am very sad to say this has been a terrible experience when things actually need to be taken care of. In this case I found a policy that was far and beyond anything AMFAM was offering and when I canceled my Policy with Amfam for my cars they choose to not cancel it and still bill me. This amount was just moved over to my other policy for my boat and bike with AmFam instead of being refunded as I was told it would be by Stephanie. Stephanie and Emily have been wonderful to work with! They both are great at responding quickly and answering any of my insurance questions! They were also very helpful at guiding me through my first insurance claim. Would highly recommend!
