I've had a policy here for 1.5 years. I recently reached out to Pierre to let him know I had my roof replaced recently (just a records update). He was responsive and called back right away. I had not asked for it, but he very thoroughly went through my policy and found ways to save me money on my monthly payments, and ensure I had adequate protection.
