Super quick with policy change. Kate is really nice.
Paul's staff were the only ones in and said they weren't sure how to use the systems because they're new. They took several hours trying to call him and fighting their computer system in the background. They reached the end of the work day and said they'd call me and finish tomorrow. The next day they call me in the afternoon and say that they had my situation wrong and tried to price gouge me for double the monthly price on the same coverage.
