AJ and his team are amazing! The customer service is always incredible, and AJ takes such great care of his customers! Would highly recommend.
AJ is so easy to work with! He answered all of our questions, explained our policies to us, made recommendations based on what we needed and really listened to us. And when we had a claim, he was quick to take care of it and get it resolved. We would highly recommend him.
Customer service and loyalty mean nothing to the new agent. Sadly, AJ is no Paul Klipp.
