After 25 years and zero accidents, Paul will apparently give you policy violating advice, let corporates underwriters shut down your policy, and refuse to answer the phone after decades of longevity and trust. We sent condolences when Vicki passed. We know that whole office. We have bundled insurance with the company that spans YEARS. I really expected him to call us back or give us solutions. I would not get coverage with this company! Price gouging, they start by getting you a better price to switch to them then keep upping your rates until it’s ridiculous. The last straw was when I added a 05 Tahoe to my policy with minimum liability because I probably wouldn’t drive it much and it’s not worth much and my premium went up 320 a month not 6 months not a year a month! I have a clean driving record no accidents, no claims for well over 20 years. I tried calling and sent emails to find out why it went up so much but... read more
