Complete crooks, along with the entire American Family Ins. corporation. Nothing but money grubbing, corrupt individuals who gladly take peoples money, yet find any reason to drop them for the pettiness of excuses. Really no different that most of the major players in the field. Do yourself a favor, and find a small independent newer company that won’t rip you off to line their pockets. I have a great experience with them. They have called me on a few things I was planning to call them about. Very helpful and friendly over the phone. I have not met anyone in person yet.
The prices for insurance are a bit on the higher side. The service is okay, depends on who you deal with. Patrick is good with Customers Service or helping with problems. But the rest of the people in his Oshkosh office are less friendly. I have been a customer for two years now and may look for cheaper service in the future?
I have continued to carry American Family after my husbands passing in 2005. Everyone is very friendly and always keep me updated if I need to change things or upgrade.. I'm very satisfied. . Thsnk you
