I have had a hard time getting a hold of my agent. Always have to talk to the lady's there. The lady's do not write notes of the conversations of trying to get things accomplished with your policy. I had to cancel my policy. Sad day. But not putting up with incompetent people no more. On the other hand Corporate is awesome . They took care of me and cancelled my policy for me. And got me some money back.
I’m giving this review due to some of the worst communication and customer service I have ever been given by an insurance company. If you are wanting to sign up for insurance they are very quick and attentive…However, if you are a current customer… you are put to the bottom of their priorities & it’s nearly impossible to get ahold of someone by phone or email. Save your time and go elsewhere to someone who values your time as a customer.
Patrick and his staff have provided great customer service and help when I went through the Gray's fire in 2023 and now as I make additional necessary changes. I recommend them 100%.
I go in there every month to pay my bill and there always on top of everything I need. I've been with them for 5-19 yrs and if I'm still in Spokane county he's going to be my guy!
