Pat is very professional and takes the time to offer the best personalized policy to fit your needs.
Not the most professional, had to call him several times over a week long period to get him to help with a mutual customer. Then when on the phone he is rude, and lots of attitude. He even told one of our employees "it was to early in the morning to deal with this " After finally sending over the paperwork we requested I tried to thank him for his assistance and he hung up on me.
