Impossible to get ahold of. Poor communication. Doesn't let you know if he needs important information, then when you try to call/email to resolve anything absolutely ZERO response. Several small issues over the years. Most recent issue is a huge deal. Finding another agent. Do not waste your time here.

I had been with Nick for many years, my business line was with him and American Family insurance. I have had countless issues with him, these constantly were poor response, no response, no call back, having to call 3-4 times for a simple answer and failure to add a item. I told him many times over the years i wasn’t happy and brought my issues to his attention, each time he promised and said it was that person or this person blah blah blah.
