I had a “Confirmed” appointment for having my RV towed and the Roadside Assistance Service of AmFam had NOT even contacted a Towing Company . This was a Pre-Scheduled appointment NOT an Emergency call. I planned this appointment with my Mechanic to receive a vehicle (RV) that is not operating and was informed Only one (1) hour before the scheduled arrival . This review is NOT about the local office, but the product, American Family insurance, umbrella for Connect which you purchase in partnership with Costco! For years insured with this company and encountered a home lock-out in freezing cold returning from an overseas trip and locked in my garage from 12:10 am to 3:30 am .
