I had a “Confirmed” appointment for having my RV towed and the Roadside Assistance Service of AmFam had NOT even contacted a Towing Company . This was a Pre-Scheduled appointment NOT an Emergency call. I planned this appointment with my Mechanic to receive a vehicle (RV) that is not operating and was informed Only one (1) hour before the scheduled arrival .
