Basement flooded, they didn't care too much. No follow up. No how you doing. Very disappointed after 25 years. Even after expressing my disappointment, no call back after leaving a message & sending email. Looks like time to find a new agent.
Vary good agent, I would consider them a super agent.
Constant excuses for why a rate increase and they do not call back for weeks. Terrible customer service, will need to possibly look at an attorney.
Definitely recommend this insurance agent. The Frie family go way beyond helping with your insurance needs. Awesome group!
