For over a decade plus, this agency has had my back with my insurance needs, including the needs for rentals that require insurance, and have kept me well covered and informed with exceptional communication and competitive rates. American Family, and Monica Smith's crew in particular have been great insurance agents; providing exceptional service and knowledge. AmFam's Policies are fairly pried and the claims that I have had have been handled swiftly and smoothly.
