Since my review was hidden/removed from the Shawnee location, I’ll put it here instead! I inherited this agent when Michael Pfautsch retired. I did not choose her. My family has had Mike as our agent my entire life and he was amazing. However, seems the white glove service retired with Mike and we got stuck with an agent that only cares about commission. My agent, Michelle and her assistant Kami have been amazing to work with! We have had American Family take care of all our insurance needs for over 29 years and we have been happy with the outcome of each of our claims and questions. Our agent is prompt with responding to questions, helping with claims, or insuring all our family vehicles.
