Michelle Hereford and the ladies in her office are the absolute best! They are continually reviewing our accounts to make sure we are getting the best rates. They are always available to help with any questions we have and when our basement flooded Michelle’s personally made sure we had all the contacts we needed to get everything fixed and replaced in THREE DAYS! We have our home, auto, & life through them. Seriously top notch!

not sure why we got an email asking for our opinion about our recent visit at michelle's office. we did not, nor have ever, visited Michelle or anyone in that office or with american family? covid has stopped us from going anywhere for years.
Michelle's office is so great to work with. Everyone is extremely professional and gets back to you very quickly. Michelle sits down with you and goes over what she thinks is the best course of action for you as far as coverage goes. I use Michelle for both my personal and business insurance and she cleaned up my business policies, streamlined everything and saved us money. She also is incredibly generous with her donations (both time and monetarily) to our local community.
