We recently had a hot water heater break. Mike Daniels and all the others at American Family Insurance took great care of us. Any time I have called Tracy has been very friendly and answered all my questions. They are a pleasure to do business with.
Terrible place of business. The ladies who work there are super Disrespectful, Don't allow you to talk, cut you off, full of attitude and just hang up on you. That happened almost every time we've called into the office! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!. They tell you one thing and do another. I DO recommend American family insurance, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!
We haven't bought home insurance from him, but Mike gave us a ride in a huge rainstorm and made our vacation!
