** UPDATED 10/19/25.. Situation has NOT improved since my May 2025 review. My job is cutting my hours by 10+/- week plus random schedule changes. I can't get anything done & AmFam may change my policy cause I can't get it fixed.... Excellent & professional/ friendly service. I've been a customer for 18+ years. HOWEVER.... In January 2025 or so a limb went thru my roof leaving a large hole thru shingles, tar paper AND original sub decking of roof ( not plywood ). ** UPDATED 5/26/25. Excellent & professional/ friendly service. I've been a customer for 18+ years. HOWEVER....
