I don't remember ever having a home or auto insurance policy with any company other than American Family. We've had Mark as our agent ever since he stepped into this role. He, and his staff, is the best. I highly recommend the Mark Smith Agency.
For having AmFam for many many years for both home and auto - we used them for the fender bender, windshield chips and the random deer encounters. That is until 2019-2021 when we hit the trifecta with a fire, hail and wind damage - they have been great and I can say I would not be able to have gotten through these setbacks without their immense support.
