Everyone I’ve worked with at this office has been very helpful and put the client first. After a recent adjustment to my policy, we have been taken care of quickly by the staff and it has been hassle free every time I’ve changed something on my policy.
My car recently started on fire at a rest stop near Mauston Wisconsin. Fortunately, I had a copy of my insurance policy in my wallet. I called American Family Insurance(AFI), and told them my story. Fortunately, I had the right coverage, which supplied me with a car rental, till I replaced my totally destroyed vehicle, AFI, also covered the Fire Response bill from the local community. I am thankful that I have AFI for an insurance company.
Leticia and her team are absolutely incredible to work with! We were initially working with another company, but the service just wasn't there. After making the switch to Leticia, we could immediately see the difference in their quality of work. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!
