We recently changed our homeowners and automobile insurance company to American Family in Chino Valley. We wanted a local agent we could confer with readily and in person. Our agent, Michele Moody, fits the bill perfectly. She openly offers best deals, pricing and appropriate discounts and is great to work with, always available and expedient with answers and solutions.
Fantastic experience from start to finish. They actually listen and provide competitive prices with the coverage you are actually looking for. Most places push onto you whatever works for them best, not American Family! Very patient, personable, knowledgeable, and of course, affordable. Look no further!
