BEWARE! We recently had chimney flashing damage in a violent storm and water leaked into our home. AmFam could not even get an estimator out for two weeks to begin the process. We took pictures, the roofing estimator took pictures, we supplied and got our chimney flashing fixed right away to avoid further water in our home. Larry wouldn't even talk to us, his employee Rebecca made us badger both the sellers realtor and the sellers for proof our roof was not "76 years old". I have been with the agency for 10 years. The first time I needed to file a claim I find out my policies are not correct. Larry was told by head office to call me and is immediately rude and condescending. This is the first time I’ve ever spoken with him. He informs me that this s is why he has office staff. I’m changing my agent today.
Worked with Logan T to discuss life insurance policies and auto due to some accidents. Logan was very knowledgeable, but I was very impressed with his understanding of life insurance especially because this is an important aspect of our family.
