This review is for my mother. After being with American Family for 45 years, the homeowners deductible that was a grandfathering clause in the corporate policy, deductible went from $100 to $1,000. In addition, all of the auto insurance premiums increased due to my mother’s age. Think twice before signing up with Kyle Petty. He seems to be unethical and shouldn’t be trusted.

I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and have had very few claims over the years. I show on my policy's that I get a discount for longevity but every year my premiums continue to go up for no good reason especially since I have not had any claims for a long time. I feel I was taken advantage of and switched to another insurance carrier and saved thousands!!!! So advice is to shop around from time to time and get the best deal.
I simply trust American Family because I've had a claim before and they were great. Good rates, good coverage, helpful people.
