We have been with Kevin for 2 years. His team is amazing. Catherine Jeffrey has provided us with outstanding service - and patience! We re-rate our insurance each year, and American Family is always well priced and gets high consumer reviews. So, it’s a win-win all the way around between Kevin’s staff and the policies’ coverage. My husband and I have all of our insurance now with Kevin, he patiently connected with me every year until I finally realized he was going to save us a LOT of money. And it was so easy--he and his team took care of everything and made the transition seamless for us. Plus, we get Kevin as our "insurance guy"... I believe insurance comes down to customer service. Kevin is the guy you want to handle this--and a win/win with both Kevin and American Family.

We had the hardest time finding competitive rates, and getting the service we wanted. We'd been with progressive for a few years and our rates were pretty hard to beat! Kevin educated us on what our policy meant, what the liability limits are, and gave us the customer experience we needed in an Agency! Insurance is something we hate paying but are so grateful for all of Kevin's great advise. Plus, they were able to beat Progressive with triple plus the liability limits! We AmFam!
