Ken McCullock is a crook using my debit cad several times from my account to pay my ex wife’s account because it was the same name.over charging because they messed up.doubling insurance rate after being there there for seven years.not once for months when I called in my payment did they mention I owed money from a policy change, until I canceled my insurance when they sent it straight to collections.completely incompetent people.
Ken is amazing customer service and a wealth of knowledge. Yelm is blessed to have them.
