Great experience each time, and I like that I was explained things I had no idea about.
Way too expensive.
Saved $80+ a month by switching to GEICO with the same coverage.The moment the agent found out I was calling to cancel my policy she became extremely rude and hung up on me while I advised her I was looking through my emails(this took me literally secs to do) I work in CS myself, so I always try my best to be respectful with other ppl, can’t understand why some people think otherwise, especially since I was polite when I first got on the line with the agent. Was a loyal customer for years but again, GLAD I switched to GEICO!
