Great insurance company. Easy to work with and great people to work with. We have home and auto with them and the customer service is outstanding.
I don’t have ins with them but I called for a quote and they were so sweet and helpful!
Had to edit my rating. After being a customer of American family insurance for two years. They over charged me for this past year. I paid enough to buy someone a new car. Then they would not renew my policy for using our roadside assistance that we pay for. Then the lady who tried to help us wanted us to give them a 1200 dollar down payment and our payment didn't even go down. They are scamming hard working people out of Money. In the state of Georgia you have to have insurance. I got insurance full coverage on all vehicles ... read more
