American Family Insurance in particular the Jessica Keen agency at 130 S High St Suite 101 in Jackson MO attempted to fraudulently change my policy quote without justification multiple times between the dates of 5/10 and 5/11 2023. This type of bait and switch tactic is unacceptable and has wasted hours of my time. Upon attempting to resolve these issues with the main office in WI I was informed that I am not even eligible for the policy quoted. Another instance of this being fraudulent and wasting my time.
