Honest service from people who actually care and are willing to take the time to make sure that you have the policy that meets your needs. Every incident has been covered and every claim has gone smoothly. Caveat emptor: if you chose to purchase a cut-rate plan, don't complain when the plan doesn't cover your needs.

Have had insurance with this company for over 20 years and have always been a faithful customer that paid his bill on time. This company low dollars you on everything when something does go wrong and you have to make a claim. My house caught on fire and they barely gave me enough money to cover the materials to fix it. They argued with me on prices of everything and low dollared me on all of the amounts. I ended up paying alot more money on the cost of fixing my home than they did!
