I wish I could give Jeff zero stars. We switched to another insurance company for lower rates. My wife canceled the policy 11/3/2022 and submitted the document to request a check for our over payment with our home premiums, and we did not receive almost a $1000 until 11/9/23. We called the American Family national office and found out Jeff Shaw never submitted our form to American Family for our refund.
