I have used Jeff Cantrell and American Family Insurance for all 6 of my vehicles, home, business, boat and umbrella policy for 24 years and could not be happier. Jeff & his team to a great job! One of the best experiences I had with Jeff was when he wasn't even my insurance agent! I had a claim with my insurance company & wasn't getting the answers & help I needed. I knew Jeff socially, so I called him up for help. He spend at least an hour on the phone with me walking through my issue & had some helpful advice for resolving the situation. After that, I moved all my insurance to him. I've been in business with Jeff Cantrell and American Family Insurance since 1999 and it has been the best relationship and insurance experience ever! Never have I had my rates go up for no reason and he along with his staff have always been more than accommodating to my needs. Jeff Cantrell and his team have been amazing to work with. They handle all of our business and personal policies. Mark is our main contact. I really appreciate his clear communication and prompt responses. Sometimes with our business we have very short deadlines (less than 24 hours) to obtain insurance policies. Mark has always been able to accommodate those time frames which has allowed our business to run more smoothly and be more competitive.
