This insurance company is very customer service oriented. It's one of the few places I've seen that is always friendly and helpful. They call at least once a year to let me know of anything I can qualify for to lower my insurance rates - with no strings attached - seriously. What business calls their customers just to decrease payments?? They really do put their customers first. I highly recommend this American Family branch.
